Palm Harbor Vacation Packages

It is an old Hotel. Two AC Window units, one in Living Area and one in Bedroom. The Bedroom unit was about 3 feet from our heads, But, the Pool Area was nice, and so was the beach. Great view from our third floor balcony. Found a great casual eating place within walking distance. "Dockside Daves". Great food both times. Parking is an issue at John's Pass and expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 Days in Madeira Beach.

It is a beautiful property and the bar and pool on the rooftop is a wonderful experience. However, on our second night, we had a smell coming into our room from the AC and heating unit that was absolutely toxic. It’s smelled like burning, rubber or electrical wires burning. Every time the system came on the smell dominated the entire room. My wife and I were very concerned and felt very uncomfortable breathing the air. When I told the desk about it the next morning, they offered a $50 refund. I didn’t say anything more, but I was really kind of shocked. It ruined our entire second night and we were awake a good portion of the night. In my mind. They should’ve refunded the cost for that nights stay but they did not. Having said that, all the other aspects of the hotel were more than acceptable.

It was very comfortable. I love the fact you have transportation to go to the beach and that you gave us the umbrella, towels and chairs. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Thanks
